Do you feel dissatisfied at work?

Do you ever feel your job is totally insignificant? Looking back at your career, do you ever regret the many choices you have made? Do you believe you could have achieved a lot more had you not done A, B, or C?

Sometimes I think it's mid-life crisis. Sometimes I think I just have to come to term with reality.

I know I am no CEO material. But I honestly believe I could be and should be doing a lot more...

Please share with me how you handle the feeling of being an under-achiever? Thank you!

My job is totally meaningless. When I started a couple months ago I thought it would be great, but it has been a big disappointment. All I do is answer phone calls that the operator misdirects to me. Or deliver faxes. The odd thing is that I have a "professional" position and get paid a decent amount to do this. I'm bored though, and I'm capable of more. Very frustrating. Not sure what I should do.
